Quem fala, fala bem, fala muito, fala com alguém, fala diante dos outros.
Já quem diz, diz a verdade, diz o que pensa, diz besteira, diz o que não
deve. Falar tem a ver com o ato da fala. Dizer tem a ver com o conteúdo
expresso por aquele que fala. Falou?
